Our Story

We’re a creative production studio that writes, directs, films, and edits commercial content for brands that want more than just another ad. From script development to the final cut, we take care of the whole process — always with cinematic quality at heart.

Behind the studio stands a team of filmmakers, writers, and visual storytellers who originally came together as Intercut, a collective focused on art and film. Studija Cukrus became our way to balance creativity and sustainability — working with brands that value craft, while building the foundation to finance our long-form films and artistic projects.

Today, we blend commercial precision with the freedom of independent cinema. Whether we’re filming a logistics company’s campaign or shooting a poetic short on the weekend, our goal stays the same — to make every frame worth watching.

  • We’re a full-service creative production studio. We write scripts, film, direct, and edit visual content - from commercials and social campaigns to artistic projects. In short: if it moves on a screen, we can make it.

  • We’re based in Lithuania, but we work with clients across Europe. We’re open to travel for shoots or can coordinate remote production depending on the project.

  • Every project starts with a conversation. Once we understand your goals, we develop the concept, script, and visual style. Then we move into filming and post-production - editing, color grading, sound, and delivery. You’ll be part of every key step.

  • Absolutely. Some clients come with a ready concept; others rely on us to develop one from scratch. We can adapt to either and help refine your vision so it looks its best on screen.

  • It depends on the scale. Small social clips may take a few weeks; full campaigns or cinematic productions can take several months. We’ll always give you a timeline upfront.

  • Think cinematic storytelling with a playful twist. Our work mixes film-level quality with brand-focused creativity - bold, emotional, and a little sweet (we are “Cukrus,” after all).

  • Of course! We collaborate closely to make sure the final product fits your brand’s personality while still carrying our signature craft and energy.

  • Our pricing depends on the scope - factors like script complexity, shooting days, crew size, and post-production. Once we understand your idea, we’ll provide a transparent estimate tailored to your needs.

  • We can export for any platform - from full HD and 4K broadcast files to vertical social media formats. You’ll receive the mastered videos plus any agreed-on versions (cutdowns, teasers, subtitles, etc.).

  • Once the final payment is complete, you receive full rights to the final video and licensed assets. We only keep the right to use clips for our portfolio unless you request otherwise.
